Our process

Enquiry & Quick call
You get in touch and tell us a bit about your project – the type of work, your location, and your rough budget. We’ll let you know if it’s the right fit, ask for some additional info, and book a time to visit.

On-site visit & consultation
We meet you on site to inspect the space, discuss ideas, and understand your needs and priorities. This is where we can discuss openly about budget, timelines, and any constraints, so we’re on the same page from the start.

Detailed quote & proposal
We prepare a clear, detailed quote that outlines the scope of work, materials, allowances and a rough estimated timeline. For larger projects, we also discuss different contract types to suit your needs. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and make changes to the contract before both parties sign and proceed to the next stage.

Contract & Approvals
Once you’re happy, we formalise everything with a building contract and confirm any required approvals or certifications. This step protects both you and us, and ensures the project complies with all relevant regulations.

Construction & Updates
Our team gets to work. As we manage trades, coordinate deliveries, and commence building, we provide regular updates and check-ins, so you’re not left wondering how things are going.

Handover & follow-up
When the work is complete, we walk through the finished project with you, address any final touch-ups, and make sure you’re happy with the result. As a family-owned business, we stand by our work – if you have questions after handover, we’re only a phone call away.
